 Accounts and Vehicle Administrator

Permanent Position

This is a rare opportunity to join our friendly team to continue offering our multi-franchise customers an excellent standard of service.

Experience in administration would be preferable; training would be given on all our processes and software systems.

A summary of the some of the main duties are listed below:-

·         Purchase Ledger

·         Sales Ledger

·         Daily fuel cash and accounts balancing

·         Daily banking and cash reconciliation

·         Monthly statements

·         Credit control

·         Month end procedures

·         Cashbook postings

·         Entering vehicles into stock

·         Entering internal costs against vehicles

·         Processing road tax and miscellaneous costs

·         Maintaining stock MOT records

·         Completing vehicle deal files

·         Booking staff training and travel

·         Telephone & reception Duties

You will need to be organised and capable of working independently and alongside other accounts, admin and sales staff.

Hours of work will be 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.
